It’s the final home game of the 2026 regular season, and there’s no better time to pack The Furnace.
Join us this Friday night as we take on the Perth Redbacks and celebrate Supporters Night—an opportunity to thank our incredible fans, volunteers and sponsors for the passion and commitment you’ve shown throughout the season. Your support has helped make The Furnace one of the toughest places to play in the NBL1 West, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
On the court, both Suns teams have plenty to play for. The Men have officially secured their first finals appearance since 2019 and will be looking to build momentum heading into finals, while the Women will be eager to finish their home campaign on a high, this game also marks Alyssa Bowen’s 50th game.
FORM GUIDE
The Suns Men enter the weekend having officially booked their place in the NBL1 West Finals for the first time since 2019. After splitting their First Nations Round with a loss to Joondalup and a strong win over the Goldfields Giants, they’ll be looking to continue building momentum before finals.
The Suns Women are also coming off an impressive victory over the Giants to claim their fifth win of the season and will be looking to finish their home schedule strongly.
The Redbacks Men sit 10th on the ladder and currently sitting outside of finals after falling to Perry Lakes in Albany last weekend. The Redbacks Women currently sit ninth with six wins, coming off a heartbreaking one-point defeat.

The Suns Women fought hard before falling 82–75 to the Redbacks in an entertaining contest.
Gabriela Bronson once again led from the front with 24 points and 7 rebounds, while Alyssa Bowen contributed 15 points, 3 assists and 4 steals. Trista Hull continued her outstanding form with a 14-point, 14-rebound double-double and six blocks, while Kayla Kiriau produced one of her best performances of the season with 13 points and five steals.
Men
The Suns Men recorded a convincing 99–82 victory, taking control with a dominant second quarter before pulling away in the second half.
Marley Sam starred with 25 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals, while Joe Cook-Green added 23 points and Terrandus Smith contributed 22 points and four steals. Lewis Thomas controlled the paint with 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocks in another complete team performance.
