ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Kalamunda & Districts Basketball Association (KDBA) ABN 99 563 560 745, will be held on 14 June 2023 commencing at 7:30pm at the Ray Owen Sports Centre, Gladys Road, Lesmurdie.

ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. Welcome and apologies
2. Confirmation of minutes of last Annual General Meeting
3. Auditor appointment for 2023
4. Auditor appointment for 2024
5. To receive the Report of the President and financial statement/auditor’s report
6. To elect the nominated members to fill vacated committee member positions.

 

Please note all nominations for management committee will need to be submitted to admin@sunsbasketball.com.au by 7th June using the nomination form. Nominations will then be advertised to all members 5 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
