ONES TO WATCH VS SLAMMERS
Women
The Suns have bolstered their roster with the addition of Karly Murphy, who arrives after a solid NBL1 West campaign last year with Warwick. Her experience will be invaluable for a relatively young Suns squad. Olivia Berry is also back for another season, looking to build on her impressive form from last year.
Men
The return of Marshall Nelson is a major talking point for the Suns. A true fairytale story, Nelson is set for a massive season in his return to the club. The Men’s squad has also made significant offseason moves, bringing in former Perth Wildcats sharpshooter Terrico White and experienced campaigner Lewis Thomas. With these key additions, the Suns are shaping up to be a formidable force in 2025.
With anticipation at an all-time high, the Suns will be eager to start their 2025 campaign with a bang. The Women will aim to replicate last season’s dominant performance, while the Men look to edge out another hard-fought win. Stay tuned for what promises to be an exciting showdown in Eaton!
