The Eastern Suns are excited to announce Integrative Performance as the club’s Official Strength & Conditioning Partner for the 2025 season. This partnership will provide the Eastern Suns with strength and conditioning support, further elevating our NBL1 program.
As part of this collaboration, Integrative Performance will conduct group testing for both the Men’s and Women’s NBL1 squads, provide individual physical screenings and individualised gym programs for all NBL1 squad members. Additionally, they will oversee and run the strength and conditioning programs for our NBL1 teams throughout the 2025 NBL1 season.
Eastern Suns CEO Zac Acott expressed his gratitude for the new partnership.
“We are thrilled to welcome Integrative Performance to the Eastern Suns family. Their expertise in strength and conditioning will be invaluable in supporting our NBL1 athletes and ensuring they are in peak physical condition for the season. We appreciate their commitment to helping us build a stronger, more competitive program.”
Director of Integrative Performance Peter Harrison also shared his excitement about working with the Eastern Suns:
“We are excited to partner with the Eastern Suns and provide high-performance strength and conditioning support to their athletes. Semi-professional organisations have unique challenges and we have a proud history of providing effective programs at both professional and development ends of the spectrum in this environment. Our goal is to help each player maximise their potential, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall performance on the court. We look forward to being a key part of their journey throughout the 2025 season.”
Additionally, Integrative Performance will be launching an 8-week Athletic Development Program to offer high performance strength & conditioning training to up-and-coming basketballers. The programs will commence in Term 2 of the school calendar. Stay tuned for more details on this exciting opportunity to take your game to the next level!
