The Eastern Suns officially launched their 2026 NBL1 season on Saturday, March 22, with a fantastic afternoon at Hartfield Golf Course, bringing together the entire Suns community ahead of an exciting year.

It was great to see Life Members, players, coaches, staff, club sponsors, player sponsors, as well as family and friends all in attendance, highlighting the strong support network behind the club.

A key highlight of the event was the official jersey presentations, with players proudly receiving their playing kits for the upcoming season.

The launch also provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to meet and connect with some of the club’s new signings, including Gaby Bronson, Jordan Simpson, and Terrandus Smith, who are set to make their mark in Suns colours this year.

With strong leadership in place and new talent added to the roster, there is a real sense of excitement building around the club.

The Eastern Suns will tip off their 2026 NBL1 campaign this Friday, March 27 against Lakeside Lightning.
