Covid Update – 3 day interim restrictions commence

Dear Suns Basketball Players, Coaches, Members and Supporters,A glimpse of good news today that WA will lift its hard lockdown as of midnight tonight, a step in the right direction to return to basketball.

Included in the Government’s announcement today, the Perth and Peel Regions will now enter an Interim Restriction period for the next three days – from 12.01am Saturday 3 July until 12.01am Tuesday 6 July 2021, with all Indoor Community sports not permitted.

This will mean we BWA has postponed NBL1 West Round 11 games and WABL Round 11 games, scheduled from Saturday 3^rd and Sunday 4^thJuly.
