The 2024 NBL1 West regular season came to a close, with the Eastern Suns taking on the Mandurah Magic. While the final results didn’t fall in our favour, there were two standout performances to finish the season on a high note.

Women’s MVP vs Mandurah Magic: Karly Murphy
Karly capped off her outstanding season with yet another double-double, showing the same grit and impact she’s delivered all year. Her 26 points and 11 rebounds in under 28 minutes showed once again why she’s been one of the most consistent performers in the league.

Men’s MVP vs Mandurah Magic: Marshall Nelson
Marshall Nelson closed out the season in style, delivering 30 points and 7 assists in a strong all-around performance. The veteran guard set the tone on offence and defence, pushing the Suns right until the final buzzer.
