The Eastern Suns are proud to recognise our Round 13 Core Cider House MVPs following a big weekend of NBL1 West action against the Warwick Senators and Geraldton Buccaneers.

Women’s MVP – Trista Hull
Trista delivered another dominant performance in the paint, producing a huge double-double while making her presence felt at both ends of the floor. In just over 32 minutes, she recorded 19 points, 14 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 3 blocks, controlling the glass and providing a strong defensive anchor for the Suns throughout the contest.
Men’s MVP – Marley Sam

At just 17 years of age, Marley produced a remarkable performance against Warwick, taking control offensively while also creating opportunities for his teammates. In 35 minutes of action, he exploded for 40 points, alongside 2 rebounds, 8 assists, and 3 steals. His ability to score, facilitate, and impact the game defensively made it one of the standout individual performances of the season.

Men’s MVP – Marley Sam

Marley backed up his outstanding Warwick performance with another impressive all-round display against Geraldton in the Mitchell Delle Coste Memorial Game. In just under 30 minutes, he finished with 22 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals, once again leading the way across multiple areas of the game.
His performance also earned him the Mitchell Delle Coste Memorial Game MVP, recognising his impact in a special night for the Eastern Suns community.
