The Eastern Suns are proud to recognise our Round 12 Core Cider House MVPs following Friday night’s clash with the Perth Redbacks.

A big thank you to Core Cider House for their continued support in celebrating standout performances throughout the 2026 NBL1 West season.


Women’s MVP – Trista Hull
Trista was a dominant force in the paint, producing another outstanding double-double while anchoring the Suns defensively. In just over 32 minutes on court, she recorded 14 points, 14 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 6 blocks, controlling the glass and protecting the rim throughout the contest. Her presence on both ends of the floor was instrumental in the Suns’ performance.


Men’s MVP – Joe Cook-Green

Joe continued his strong run of form, leading the Suns offensively with an efficient and impactful performance. In under 26 minutes of action, he finished with 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists, providing scoring punch while contributing across multiple areas of the game. His ability to consistently create offense helped set the tone for the Suns throughout the night.

Both players played pivotal roles against the Redbacks, showcasing the effort, leadership, and consistency that continue to drive the Suns forward.
